Bishop Callahan named Father Amir to be Pastor of Spring Valley,Elmwood, and Boyceville effective july 5, 2018. He is a native of India. His full name is Fr. Arockia Amirtha Raj Stanislaus,or Fr. Amir. He belongs to the diocese of Sivagangai, Tamilnadu, India. Father Amir was ordained a priest on 04-11-2010, in the Year of Priesthood.
Soon after his ordination, he was appointed as associate pastor for two years in two parishes. In the third year, he was secretary to the Bishop of Sivagangai. After that, for three years, he served in the diocesan pastoral commission as Secretary of Diocesan Communication Commission, Editor of Ananda Gangai Thoothu (a diocesan monthly magazine), and also the Co-ordinator of Madha TV, a Regional Catholic Channel of TNBC. During that time, father Amir was also the Parochial Administrator of Nanakudi parish.
He was born and raised in Alavakottai where he is the first and only one in my village to become a priest. My Dad is 60 and Mom is 55. Father Amir has three brothers and is the oldest in his family.
Father Amir landed in Mosinee, USA on 05-25-2017, and stayed in Stratford for 18 days. Then he went to St. Therese of Child Jesus Parish, Schofield, Wausau and lived there for one and a half months. After that, he went to St. Olaf Parish, Eau Claire and acclimated himself for 4 months. From December 2017 to June 2018, Father Amir was the Parochial Administrator of Alma Center, Fair View and Fairchild parishes.

Brother Michael Mandernach, CSPX
Brother Michael Mandernach, CSPX, is retired in Spring Valley.
Brother Michael Mandernach, of the fraternal order of the Brothers of St. Pius X, was appointed to serve the faith community of St. Luke's of Boyceville and Sacred Heart of Jesus, Spring Valley by Bishop John Paul as a Pastoral Associate in 1984. Brother Michael served 17 years in the Sacred Heart community, nine of which also included serving at St. Luke's. In 2013, he was relieved of his duties and retired in the Spring Valley area while he worked on a book about his community of brothers. Completed in 2014, his book Together as Brothers: A History of the Brothers of St. Pius X was well received for its detailed and intimate narrative of the thirty year history of the religious order. Recently celebrating his 60th year as a religious, Brother Michael continues to spread his joy of the gospel and love of Christ will all whom he encounters.
